Outdoor Yoga Classes

I host outdoor, socially distanced Yoga + Meditation classes on the West Side in Los Angeles. The schedule varies weekly, but typically classes are held on Saturdays. Join our Whatsapp Group via this Link to get up-to-date information.
Why I teach outdoors:
Back in March of 2020, when the pandemic hit we all turned towards our screens for guidance in fitness and Yoga. I too taught online classes and in some ways that was very helpful because it allowed me to maintain a connection with my students and we really had no other choice. However, being behind a screed was really tough for me and I new I needed to be in a city where I could teach outdoors. This is when I decided to move from New York to Los Angeles. Teaching outdoor Yoga classes in Santa Monica was and still is incredible, especially after months of physical distance and disconnection. I will continue to teach outdoor classes in Los Angeles, as long as the weather will allow, so that we can connect, feed off each others energies and connect to nature. 5 specialized Yoga classes - most will include meditation and breath-work.

*all classes are 75 mins. Every class starts at 10:30am except for 10/23. On 10/23 class starts at 11:15.
