A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement.
To live a vibrant life, we all need holistic support. And as a Health Coach, that guidance and accountability – from exercise and nutrition to relationships, career, and spirituality – is what I offer my clients. It’s about looking at you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment and life purpose.
In a coaching relationship, we curate, collaborate and create realistic goals that put you in driver’s seat of your own life. Together we develop your personal definition of success. We design a plan that is specific to your needs and empowers YOU to make resonant choices that allow you to move forward with clarity and courage. Coaching cultivates tools that empower YOU to navigate life in a skillful way.

I am trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the largest online health school in the world. Unlike many mainstream approaches to health and wellness, Integrative Nutrition begins with a philosophy they call bio-individuality. Health History
The purpose of a health history is to gather information about your health. We dig deep and look at so many factors that affect health including relationships, career, physical activity, finances, and even the history of your family to get to the root cause of your health issue.
